Flight completed normally but nwa.com shows it cancelled
I flew NW476 from ATL-DTW on May 24th. No problems. Later in the day, I checked the reservation on nwa.com and the E-Ticket Details page showed that the flight had been cancelled and offered me the opportunity to rebook. It still shows cancelled this morning (May 25th).
Obviously a glitch. It will be interesting to see if I my WorldPerks account gets credited for a flight that didn't fly!

Apparently, this system is maintained by the same employees who "enhanced" the elite upgrade process.

Had similar experienced. Booked on Monday flight BUF to DTW. Got automated call at 3:00 am saying flight cancelled and rebooked on CO at a much later departure time. Called Elite line and informed that flight had not been cancelled, but CSA states automated system went haywire and started to rebook flights at random. When checking in for flight, TAs at BUF had a real nightmare trying to resovle situation.

Last week I was confirmed "R" with an upgrade for a later flight, however went standby on an eariler flight in coach. NWA.COM millage summary showed I flew "R" on the flight I was in coach. Thus, no 1,000 bonus miles and I wonder if my "R" seat was actualy sitting empty up front waiting for me
? So at least on paper my upgrade streak is in tact with the new "R" program
Actualy being in coach was not that bad as you tend to appreciate things like upgrades when you dont get them all the time.
