Zone Cert Tips and Tricks?
I have had the worst success trying to use zone certs online. The discounted fares never come up. Are there any tips or tricks that could help? Or do I have to call (gasp)?

Common mistakes include trying to book a Sunday return, neglecting the Saturday night stay requirement, forgetting about a blackout date or trying to book inside of the 7 or 14-day window required for advance ticketing. Other than that, I find that these fares definitely DO sell out -- at least for the more attractive travel days and destinations. I encourage people to book early with these coupons, while the seat selection is still good. If you're doing everything right online and not getting a promotional fare to come up, I'm not sure that calling in is going to make any difference because the fare class you're looking for may be sold out (but hey, anything is worth a try!)
