Help using Ticnet?

I've been trying to get through to Ticnet, the Swedish branch of Ticketmaster. Through the website, at least for the events I'm trying to purchase, they won't accept an American-issued credit card. But I haven't been able to get through on the phone, either -- yesterday I ended up in voice-mail purgatory, and today I just got a recorded loop (Swedish followed by English) announcing their hours of operation. I called during their announced business hours. Is this a technical fluke, or is Midsommar a legal holiday? Any suggestions?

Midsommarafton is in theory not an offical holiday, but the vast majority of work places is shut down on that day.

Even in Norway.. Try on Monday, but I do know from living in PHX that calling within European Business Hours is HARD.. NY should be easier, I guess..
