Aalborg, Denmark

Has anyone visited Aalborg? It looks like I may have to be there for two weeks in August for business and was hoping to get some feedback on what to expect. I've never been to any part of Europe before.

I haven't been to Aalborg before, but I've been to other parts of Denmark. You should expect friendly people and a clean orderly society. The beer will be good, but the food might take some getting used to.

Thanks... I know it is rude to go to another country and expect them to speak YOUR language. Do most people in Denmark speak English fluently?

Yes most people speak English except perhaps for a small number of the oldest generation. They know that Danish is a very hard language for most people to learn so you won't have a problem.
