Gothia Towers in Gotenburg
I just gotta say that this hotel is one of the neatest hotels I've ever been to. This is what W hotels wish they could be like!

Any more recent experiences at Gothia Towers? I'll be staying in Upper House, the hotel-within-a-hotel concept next week for a conference.

I’ve spent almost a week here in Upper House and can give it my highest recommendation. Service from the desk, breakfast restaurant, and housekeeping has been extremely competent and pleasant. Views are great and access to Svenska Mässan is ideal. Going into town is convenient by foot or tram. The spa is fine. We brought an infant and everyone has been accommodating. I’m not used to this level of thoughtful staff in Europe or the US.
