A SIM from Iceland will probably work in Greenland, but will cost you its usual roaming rates which are likely to be extortionate and you will either run out of credit after a few seconds or get a huge bill later

I did not use them on my recent two week trip to Greenland because much of the time was spent outside the areas of mobile coverage and when I was in towns I could use hotels' wifi.
