But doesn't your bank also charge you for taking money from ATMs?
fore sure....
My bank does when I take out money in another country.
i have no fee when i take € from an ATM with an "ATM Card".
Cheap restaurants : Copenhagen has a lot of pizza and kebab/sharwarma places and they are cheap ( z.B. the street Nrrebrogade has a lot of cheap restaurants ).
oh no... here in Vienna i have also Pizza, Kebap and all that &$&($&(... The MacD is also expensive. Befor i was in CPH i tough Swizerland is expensive but DK is much more expensive...

So i see i will take the hole 23kg from the airline to take all wits me what i need for that 3 days *gg*.

Of course you don't pay when withdrawing Euro in the Eurozone. It's all one country, money-wise.

But this is Denmark, and there is a fee for withdrawing money outside the Eurozone.

In the summer you can swim in the harbor. I think a popular spot is near the Opera house. There are also beaches in the close suburbs. Take the train to Klampenborg.

I've never seen a supermarket in the airport. There's a bunch of little convenience stores, but that's about it (unless there's something out in the grounds).

However, there's no shortage of small supermarkets across the city, varying in price and quality from the likes of Netto up to Irma.

If you want to watch ships, you could head out to Dragor (hard to pronounce!) which is at the back of the airport (easy bus ride). It's a really pleasant little seaside town, with great views out towards the Oresund bridge, the Oresund itself, and the airport. Best is if you can hire a bike and cycle along the coastal path from the airport.

Where are you driving to? If it's just Copenhagen, I'd struggle to recommend car as a mode of transport, even with older people in tow.

There are a number of big supermarkets on the outskirts of Copenhagen, including Field's, right on the airport motorway, which has a giant (for Denmark) branch of Bilka:

For the older generation, sure - depends what they like, though. There are dozens of decent museums in Copenhagen, not to mention harbour cruises, open-top bus tours and the like.

Tivoli, the amusement park.
There is no free shuttle into Copenhagen unless your hotel provide one.

Ah right, the Crowne Plaza. Then you're in luck - the Fields shopping centre is right opposite, as is Orestad metro station, to get in to the city. All the metro stations have access via elevator, so there shouldn't be any accessibility problems.

More thrilling and fun? I dunno, you could stand in the middle of a cycle lane in the rush hour, that's always a tourist favourite...

(Otherwise, what kind of thing do they like? It's hard to recommend without some direction...)

But i dont know what its a must have and what is a tourist napp. Someone know i am from austria and i visit some place who other say thats cool and i have to see than and in the end of the day it was boring and cost much money for nothing.

There is a large Netto maybe 5 minutes walk from T3. In fact I can nearly see it here from the SAS lounge in CPH. Turn right and walk toward Sweden.
