Brittany Spears Opens Eastside Restaurant
ritney Spears may be no longer a girl nor yet a woman, but, at the ripe age of 20, she has become a restaurateur.
Her restaurant, which will be in the old Chemists' Club ballroom at the Dylan Hotel on East 41st Street between Madison and Park Avenues, will replace Virot, an upscale French bistro that closed soon after Sept. 11.

The restaurant will be called "Pinkys", her childhood nickname. She is a co-owner in the bistro venture.

The restaurant name has been changed and will no longer be named "Pinkys".
