World Trade Center Subway Station Reopens

NEW YORK (January 28, 6:41 a.m. AST)-- AP - In another sign that New York City is getting back on its feet, the World Trade Center station of the E subway line reopened Monday for the first time since Sept. 11.

I was very happy to hear of this good news. It just seemed depressing that the E's final downtown point in Manhattan was merely Canal Street when the signs in many stations still read E to World Trade Center.

My E is returning to normal.
