AC uses United Terminal 7, SA uses International Terminal 4. No airside connection, you would take the Airtrain landside between the terminals.

Seems tight, but if it's allowable per MCT and you're on a single ticket with bags checked through (which means it's allowable per MCT), I'd do that.
