9 hr stop in BOS
Will arrive at 11pm and leave at 8am.
Going SLC-BOS-BDA on Delta.
Do we have to exit security and claim luggage with that long of a stop, then check in again in the morning?
Had to do that once going thru ATL before with a 8 hr. change
If we do, where is a good place to crash for the 9 hrs?
It's been 20 years since I've been to Logan.
I'm SM with Delta but no Crown Room membership.
Probably closed at night anyway.
Thanks

The closest hotel to the airport is the Boston Logan Hilton. It is actually on the Airport property... and you can walk through the parking garage to get to it. You cannot ask for more convenience.

There is also an Embassy Suites very close to BOS with a free shuttle. You should be able to get 6+ hrs of shut-eye. IIRC, the ES also has free brekkie.

Thanks all for the tips.
The Hilton is very tempting because it is so handy and good rates.
But I may just stay in the airport and nap.
Where would I find a good place for that in Logan?

The 2 airport hotels on property are a Hilton and Hyatt. Both are nice, and I've gotten either on priceline for $50-$60 bucks many times. The Hilton is easier as you can walk there pseudo-indoors through the parking structure walkways. THe Hyatt is nice because you can sometomes sweet talk them into a city-view room. Haven't tried the ES.
