Lyft or Shared Van to Logan
Need to get from Worcester to Logan airport and back next month. My last trip with Logan Express from Framingham was terrible, so I don't want to do that again.
Knights still has the shared van service, but those vans are pretty uncomfortable. I could Lyft (or Uber), but I am worried that the price I get when I need to take a ride will end up substantially higher, or that I wont be able to find a driver at all.
Which would you choose?

Weekend. Plus, parking at the commuter station in Worcester is pricey. I wish they had a better plan for long term parking for the train, because I would probably consider it then.

Coming home (Winchester) from Logan at 9 PM last week, there were at least Uber's running, but the price was $100 for my normal $30 fare. I took a cab. Still a shortage of drivers I guess, even with surge pricing allowed again. Rather a dilemma.
