WestJet begins service from BOS to Toronto and Halifax in 2016

WestJet Encore will start flying to Toronto-Pearson (YYZ) and Halifax (YHZ) from BOS in 2016. Currently, Air Canda flies both of these routes, and Porter flies to Toronto Billy Bishop.

WestJet Encore is a subsidiary of WestJet, which flies Bombardier Q400 turboprops with 78 economy seats (for comparison, Porter has 74 seats on theirs).

Service to Toronto-Pearson begins March 21, 2016 with three flights a day, and Halifax begins April 15, 2016 with one daily flight.

I hope DL codeshares these; I miss the old Delta Connection (9E) service to YYZ we used to have.
