Cars at SEA
Anyone have Emerald Aisle service in Seattle lately? How was the service? What types of cars were available?
We are arriving around lunchtime on a Friday...and wondering what will be waiting for us.
Thanks for any help you can offer.

I rented there for the SEA Do in September. Location is a bit strange walked through the bridge and up and down a bunch of escalators and elevators. Car selection was actually very good with Camrys and Altimas and a few other cars that you don't normally associate with Emerald Aisle locations.

Personally, I've found the selection at Sea-Tac to be very spotty -- mostly Mitsubishi (Lancers & Galants) and Pontiac Grand Ams. It can help to ask the attendants if anything nicer is about to be brought out.

Just be sure you have the Emerald agent print you a copy of your rental agreement...you'll need it for the garage security guard at SEA. Otherwise they'll either send you back upstairs or have to make a lengthy phone call with the National desk.
SEA is the only place I've seen where you need a printed contract to exit the garage; elsewhere, I've just had to show my driver's license and hangtag to the exit booth agent (half the time, they don't even ask for my credit card) and am on my way.

I arrived after 10 PM last week -- 5 vehicles total:
3 mammoth SUVs (I won't take these under any circumstance)
1 Chevy Aveo
1 Saturn ION.
I took the Saturn because it had an XM antenna (but the radio wasn't active).
The next day, National e-mailed me --- they wanted the license # and VIN (that's never happened to me before!).
BTW -- Emerald Aisle & Exec are on the 2nd floor of the garage, away from the other rental areas.
