Website Problems?

Hello all,

I cannot get past the car selection page when attempting to make a reservation. When I choose a car class, I am returned to the car selection page with the message "Unexpected system error...please try again!" appearing at the top of the screen in red text. I have tried several different locations, dates, times, and tried different car classes and keep getting the same result.

I e-mailed tech support to see what they say. I know they do system updates every Satirday night so my guess is one of the overnight techies omitted a line of code right before lunch break...

Received this error when I tried to book Sunday morning:

Itineraries not showing

Anyone else having a problem with the My Itineraries page? None of my itineraries are showing, and this is displayed in red:

Please verify that you have entered the correct information.

Unparseable date: ""
Followed by "No Active Reservations found"

Hi,

I face this problem practically every time i book... I have to waste so much of my precious time before i can get past these error... It always gives the following message and its very bugging:

Please verify that you have entered the correct information.

Unexpected system error... Please try again!

I have every single information filled out and its correct... if i keep pressing that view rate quote for a long time suddenly it will work... its very frustrating..

I'm getting it now just on the main reservation screen. Doesn't seem to matter what date or location I pick, I get "Unexpected system error!"

Very frustrating as I have a free day reservation to book for Saturday...

I've isolated the problem: The website seems to be not accepting certain Contract IDs. I guess being the end of the year the Contract IDs are up for re-negotiation with their partners (i.e. my company). Kind of silly and arbitrary to just shut off all access but oh well.

EDIT: Appears to be working now, so I guess it was a website glitch. I do recall having issues with Contract IDs around the new year though.
