OK, there is something seriously wrong with this new National "perk" if you two - of all of us - didn't get your e-statements yet, lol.

I didn't get one; however, there might be a simple explanation. I reviewed my email preferences on National's site and I had set my profile to decline "updates, special offers, and membership information" from National.

I wonder if National is having issue sending emails in general. I didn't receive my customary reminder of the reservation that I have today.

Hi gang,

I havent been on the forums for a while but I thought I'd drop in. The initial roll out for the "e statements" have gome out to Emerald members that have rented in May. If you haven't you will probably get one on the next go around. If you did rent, check your spam folder and also make sure that you have selected to receive updates (and obviously) that you have your email address on your emerald profile.

Hope that helps.

Yes it does - I did not rent in May so that explains it - welcome back

I rented multiple times in March, April, and May...maybe my "decline" preference for email from National had an impact after all.

I had 6 rentals in May. Maybe it was my profile. I didn't make any changes, but I submitted the form online to 'update' it. I'm hoping it's a case of "Sometimes you have to poke the hampster to get the wheel going".
