Go Dodgers! Go Angels!
I know it's not AA related, but being AA Platinum and living half way between Dodger Stadium and Angel Stadium, and this being my 300th post, I'm taking the liberty of going "off base" a little bit and wishing both my teams well in the playoffs. And my UCLA Bruins looked good beating SD State, as they solidify their position their position as the second best team in LA (but watch your back, USC). Now back to the business of Flyertalk.

The Angels can go soak their heads for what happened between them and the Yanks in the 2002 ALDS as well as for what they did to the San Fran Giants in the WS of that year. Also, the Dodgers, I don't even know where to begin. They can go fly United and hopefully get stranded at the C/D terminal at Dulles for all eternity.

I'm right there with you SRK. The Bruins are finally showing signs of life after a few dead years. They're not quite ready to take on the Toejams, but give Dorrell a couple of years and I think he'll have them back to Top-25 status. I'm quite impressed with the team, but they have yet to face some serious competition. SDSU is possibly a good team, but their performance at Michigan may have been a fluke. We'll see.

I'm very happy for you, but please, don't take anymore liberties. Maybe I should talk about Da Bears or the Red Devils??? and Bob and Judy could start talking about their teams.

Fight On!!!!!
Before this thread gets sacked faster than a Bruin QB against the Trojan rush.. I wanted to say
Wait till CAL goes back home to the bay area with their tail between their legs Sat night..
If it makes the thread any more legit, I flew AE LAX-SJC-LAX two weekends ago for the SC @ Stanford game..

Way to tie this thread into the forum TojanHorse. Gooing to miss the Cal game but I'll be at the ASu game on the 16th.
Oh, and BTW I'll be flying AA to DEN next month and to SJC in December.
