I chose my title and I like it TYVM for your unsolicited advice. I note you spent time critiquing my post yet you offered no answer to my question. You might be better served with your "time" that you seem to not want wasted, to only offer solutions to the travel related questions.
I appreciate the replies I got and they answered my question. I will probe the CO reservationists more in depth! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Otherwise...thanks for the welcome!!

Lots of newbies make the mistake of not providing specific topic titles. No big deal.

Not too many newbies insult the people who are trying to help others here. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif

FlyerTalk is a shared resource, and it is managed by moderators and the FlyerTalk community at large (more so by the latter). I've learned lots of things from reading FlyerTalk, and I share what I know.

FlyerTalk is not a resource whose informal rules are written by Tru or any other individual.

hmmm...when i suggest people use more descriptive Topic titles, i get the flack. very, very interesting. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif</font>
The difference is that in addition to your postings about thread topics, you posted dozens upon dozens of messages (if not hundreds) whose sole content was essentially "I can't believe that someone would post a message using common aviation abbreviations on an aviation message board." Many of us grew tired of this, and I think that this has something to do with what you responded to above.

if you do that, then you really are childish. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif

so, what you are saying is that i get treated poorly for questioning Topic titles because people don't like when i question abbreviations. that makes a ton of sense. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/rolleyes.gif

FCTSTY, reread that. I think what Steve M is saying is that you tend to complain period.

I would have to say that you don't seem to complain much anymore about abbreviations and I *DO* agree with your comments on topic titles.

As far as topics are concerned, however, this one has drifted quite far. Let's get back to the discussion of K class BF fares.
