Checkmytrip.com Question

Hope someone can enlighten me. When I put in my flight details to check seats the seats I had selected through KLM FD Helpdek dont even appear! (1J & 1K) does this mean they are allocated and removed from the system? (If so what is the point of the occupied seats, does it just mean these are not actually allocated) Or does it mean I have a problem?

For your info: KL601 - 30/07/2003 - AMS to LAX - C Class

Seat information for flights on KLM are not shown on any of the GDS's so when you use checkmytrip.com that information will simply not show up.

As for the double post I will close this one and later move it to the misposted threads 'bin'.
