Fare Hikes
I am glad that airlines are starting to get pricing power back. They need to charge more and I am happy to pay. But, this most recent $5 fare increase seems to be much more. Cheapest fare from ORD-SLC went from $218 to $398. Even in the good times, that is high. Similar increase for ORD-LAX. Doubling fares seems imprudent. Any thoughts?
