Survey: what's the most you've ever spent?
I once spent $338,760.40. But I'm looking into spending $490,500.00 pretty soon. How about you?

Two questions:
Did you get miles?
Was that for one night or the whole weekend?

I once spent over 12$ to buy a box of doughnuts although no miles for it. I do plan to spend over 20$ to buy Tarom shares when they introduce their employee shares plan.

blairvanhorn, I think you are absolutely right. One of the "Glam" moments in my purchasing history was when I took a trip to Paris and decided that (for once in my life) I was going to go into a shop and buy the most beautiful scarf in the place without even looking at the price.
This beautiful YSL scarf is one of my most treasured and freuently worn. Just wish I were rich enough to be totally GLAM all the time. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif
Hunki, who paid, never did tell me how much it cost.

Punki....
On my honeymoon in Paris my wife made me walk all the stores...YSL, Gucci, Chanel...etc....we stood outside looking in the windows at the $250,000 watches...etc....
There were no $ 1,000 scarves that day.... http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif

I had to post again so I could have my 500th post on the TAROM board.
Now in celebration, I'm off to go have brunch with Guy Betsy and perhaps find a little boutique here in PHL to spend $500 in to celebrate. I saw a wonderful LAGOS ring yesterday on Rittenhouse Square that was sooooo big and Dallas. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif
Everyone have a GLAM day.
