OAG/Sky Guide subscriptions?
Anybody know of any way to get either of these two publications using miles? Any airline offer them in their redemption programs?

I remember being able to redeem miles for AMEX's SkyGuide timetables at some point, but have been unable to find it again. Does anybody know where I can find it? I want to subscribe by May if possible.
