Miles/Points for Balance Transfers?

Miles/Points for Balance Transfers?
A few years ago, I got a promotion from the AA credit card where I was awarded miles for balance transfers. Does anyone know of airline or hotel cards offering points/miles for balance transfers?

Citibank still offers 1 mile per $ transfered on a new Aadvantage mastercard account (10,000 max.). The miles posted when the statement was generated. You don't even need to "tranfer" a balance - just deposit the check in your bank account and then use the funds to pay off your new balance.
