Spouse shared loyalty programs?

Do any airlines or hotels have a combined account for spouses? Or is it the same across the industry where each person must accumulate their own points and earn their own mils?

Two most important ones are the Hilton HHonors Mutual Fund account, and the British Airways Household account. Check their websites for details.

And with Starwood, while you can't have a joint account, one spouse can transfer points from his/her account to the spouse (at no charge). I believe it's not even limited to spouses, the requirement is only to have the same address.

You can also pool miles with two other Hawaiian Airlines members, provided that you have the Hawaiian Airlines Visa Card.
