You could transfer the points to Hawaiian Air, and then redeem the HA miles for Alaska Air Tickets, since they are a HA redemption partner. Check out WWW.HAWAIIANAIR.COM for more info.
If you really need the points in your Alaska acct, you could transfer the AMEX points to Marriott or Starwood, and then transfer them to Alaska - but you loose a lot of points in the conversion factors. I would go the HA route.

looks as if you could also go from MR to Best Western Gold Crown Club, then convert to Alaska Air Miles. According to the BW website, 500 GC points gets you 1000 Alaska Air miles.

But since it takes 8 AMEX points to get 1 BW point, it would take 4,000 AMEX points to get 1,000 Alaska Air miles using BW. Not a very good conversion ratio.
