Confusion or deception between the airlines?

Confusion or deception between the airlines?
I searched the Hawaiian airlines site and pulled their interisland flight schedules.
Then I called Continental and American to book an InterIsland award on each. I also tried to view their websites in order to cross reference the flght times.
It was important that I got the times b/c my fiancee is booked on AA award and me on CO award.
But it seems that AA, CO and HA all list the SAME exact flight as leaving at a different time.
Why the confusion? Is this an industrywide issue?
