power rewards?

power rewards?
I'm not sure if this is the appropriate forum to post in and if it isn't, then I apologise.
Apparently, my fleet visa credit card that I've been using gives somekind of power rewards in the form of one reward point per dollar spent. I didn't know this until now since I just pay online. Has anyone ever heard of these power rewards and can anything useful be done with them? Specifically, can they be transferred between programs like maybe to HHonors? Any comments would be appreciated.

This has been around for a while.
However, come April Fleet will no longer exist since it is being bought by Bank of America.
I expect that the program will roll into whatever BoA has.
