Help with AA -Swiss award
Hi all
Sorry for this post but situation pretty desperate and any help would be appreciated.
Here goes!
looking for a seat on Swiss Air using AA miles for my husband for Dec 23-31 ZRH to KHI.
Mathias' tool to check availability shows plenty of seats for A (F class) on Dec 23rd to 31st. However, Advantage CSRs see NO availability in any class on any of the dates. If anyone here has any insights, I would really appreciate it. (And no we did not wait till the last minute to do this--its a long story on how we got here). So guidance, advice, help would be appreciated.

I'm going to try to help you out by moving this question to the American Airlines forum where folks have the best knowledge on redeeming AAdvantage miles. That strikes me as your best bet.
