Vancouver to Disneyland help!

Hi all

I am looking to join my son and parents in Disneyland but the cost is just too high! Does anyone know or have any suggestions on how to get some great rates (less than 600 canadian) to California including hotel? THe dates are from Feb 13 to Feb 17th with hotel.

Much appreciated to all respondants!

Welcome to Flyertalk. You have posted in the "MilesBuzz" forum, which is exclusively for mileage related issues. There is a separate "FT Travel" board (look at the top of this webpage for a click through link).

You might try reposting on the "TravelBuzz" forum, but users will need more info from you. Number of days, type of hotel you are looking for, and planned dates, are certainly going to be germane to the answer. First however use the search tool going back a year in "TravelBuzz", under the word Disneyland. I tried it and got 11 hits (although many of them won't help your specific problem).

Airfares between Vancouver and LAX are generally pretty cheap (at least if bought in the US; often about US$325 including taxes). Hotels near Disneyland run the gamut, from US$70 to over $200. Also you need to consider transportation to/from the airports in your budget. Assuming you are not going to rent a car, this might be another US$40.

Another source of info might be: www.mousesavers.com
