Thanks for post. Pretty long survey (some 70 or so questions for me). Kinda nosey, too, but CO has done ones like that before. Questions are pretty good, though, for trying to determine to what extent people are incentive-ized by FF miles and how that affects how they make bookings, check in, etc.
I'm a Dividend Miles member but haven't flown US in more than 10 years. The 3,000 sign-up bonus and a flight to D.C. quite some time ago have been parsed out into quite a few magazine subscriptions. If I get the 500 posted, will probably use Milepoint to combine it and miles from another program for a subscription.
