Question Is that a legal authorisation???

Hi,

Does anybody know:
If I have a company taking care of peoples refunds, and a customer accepts the Terms and Policy on my website and by that giving my company authorisation to proceed a refund on his behalf, if that will be considerd a legal authorisation?...

I think that:
1) Your question is too vague to get a decent answer
2) There aren't that many Danish attorneys on Flyertalk
3) Your question is out of topic and does not belong to MilesBuzz!

I agree with olwagner, that this is out of place. I'm closing the thread. If the originator wants to send me a private message with more background, I'll do my best to assist.
