Earning miles on other programs for Midwest Expresss
What other airlines, if any can I earn miles on for flying midwest express? I have looked everywhere and not found anything. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Questions about Midwest are usually dealt with over in the Other North/South America Frequent Flyer Programs forum, so I'm going to move this thread there.
FWIW, while I don't know of being able to credit Midwest flights to another program, Midwest Miles can be used to claim awards with American and Air Jamaica, and can be transferred to Amtrak in 5000 mile increments (and from there to Continental or United).
