Really, really cheap fares
Air Asia (An intra-Malaysian Airline) announced a fare today of RM 9.99 (approximately US$2.60) anywhere they fly in Malaysia, for the first few (hundred) customers to book via mobile phone (SMS).
Some of these flights are at least an hour duration...I take one on Friday from KL to the island resort destination of Langkawi. (Sadly, not at this fare).

I'm going to move this to TravelBuzz. (Since I'm not even aware of an Air Asia frequent flyer program, I'm not going to move this to Mileage Run. Cheap fare, but I don't see it as a mileage accumulating strategy.)
I'm sure someone will correct me if they indeed do have a FFP!
