Smoking Question

I flew on the last Domestic flight that was smoking back in FEB 1990 but was wondering if all non US carriers have gone non smoking as well. Is there such a thing as a schedueled
major carrier allowing PAX to smoke on overseas flights?

Quick answer..

The FAA prohibts smoking on any commercial carrier entering or leaving the US.

Since this has nothing to with miles or points, i'm going to move it over to TravelBuzz.
