can you transfer milespree miles?

Welcome to FT, barefoot!
Milespree managed it's own "points". They are not transferable to any FF program.
Also, they ceased operations yesterday. If you have <25,000 points, you are out of luck.
BTW, posts about Milespree and other non-travel reward programs are typically posed in the "S.P.A.M." forum. You'll find good info & better response there.
