I never got it either, despite the promo for international members saying I would, according to someone from Insideflyer it was not part of the deal... ah well...

They told me the several copies owed to me would be fulfilled when they publish the new guide sometime this year.

You're not missing much without having the guide book. The one I received last year (issue #7) was printed in August of 2000. And I'm sure the content was turned into the printer some time before that. Thus most of the information in the "current" edition is close to three years old. And much has changed since then.

You must have not read the intor which gives you access to contunial updates with free access online. If you'll read that and go to the linked Web site you'll see all the information is updated. I bought a Fodor's "2003" guide for my recent trip to Egypt and it was already outdated - such the burden of the printed page... for any publication. But use the online updates, that is what they are for. Hope this helps.

As a point of clarification the Membership Rewards offer is not active - hopefully in the near future. In addition as a heads up, we are planning to offer 3,500 Diners Club Club Rewards points for the Frequent Flyer Package for the months of August, September and October. That offer will be available as of August 1st at

Have you emailed or called? I have found the staff to be very responsive.

Plus, since they appear to be 'live' with several programs, it seems as though there isn't a very long wait to receive miles.
