Any Programs let you spend segments instead of miles/points?

Any Programs let you spend segments instead of miles/points?
My miles total for the year is pitifully small, but in terms of revenue and flights I do airlines quite well. As I approach my 100th segment of the year on AC, I was wondering if there are any FF programs that allow segments to be traded in instead of miles for rewards? I doubt it of course...
