I've got the major ones memorized since I use them so much - but I do have a typed out list that I keep in my passport case...

Elbow,
I have a "cheat card" that has my FF#s and phone numbers for the airlines. I have my US and DL numbers burned into my head, although I ditched US and cut my DL flying down to Silver and NW down to Silver moving my miles to AF/KL's Flying Blue where I hit gold (while maintaining DL & NW silver, so I should probably end up with AF/KL Plat by the end of the year as I credit nothingto DL or NW now). My United number and BMI number are both on luggage tags which makes remembering them easier (if I look down and read off the number :0) ) And my 420k miles in '05 were BIS, my average of 200k a year now is BIS. |

Since my home town is served by only 2 carriers (one of which operates only 2 flights daily), I try to concentrate all my miles with the main carrier (USAir). I fly anywhere from 70-100K BIS miles annually. I'd be happy to cut that back, too.
I play with Excel and statistics on a daily basis so I track my FF info (and all other programs) in a spreadsheet. Most of my numbers I keep in my head with 2 backups: a printed, wallet sized card and a text message on my phone. |

In 2005 I did 420,000 miles. I also vowed never to do that again!
Now it's around 200k a year. |

I understand the programs, Im just wondering if any of you have any advice to remember your account numbers. Or a way of logging all your miles together.
Elbow Fidelity and Wachovia also offer this service (with different names). It's part of something called Yodlee and many different financial institutes use the software as a service to their customers. ING does not have it though. |
40,000 last year paid and 6,000 from award travel. So far this year 22,000 paid +6,000 paid coming up next month. Was hoping for 50,000 this year but since prices have tripled it wont happen

Welcome to FT!
I fly a lot for work, usually 5-8 flights a week. Should hit between 225,000 EQM and 200 EQS this year. This is my first year of heavy business travel, so it's been a shocked to my system. |
I have been lurking for a little while but thought I should post. I will start traveling heavily for work soon, 2 flights a week. I think I will be in the 50k range a year but it depends. Thanks for all the good info FT community.

I have a "cheat card" that has my FF#s and phone numbers for the airlines. I keep mine in a Google Documents file that I access with my phone. I like the hard copy idea better. :-) |
