Any good checking account offers?

I have to open a new checking account since i am moving. I would like to have a checking account with no minimum balance req., free atm use, may want check writing as well. Any good eals out there for openning an account, not necessarily miles, cash back is good as well
any suggestions?

I doubt you will find what you are looking for. Usually the cash back or mileage offers require a minimum opening balance plus direct deposit or bill payment.

Right now, you can get 16,000 Thank You Points for opening a Citibank account with minimum $1,000:

This really is not a MilesBuzz! related subject. The parameters that the OP are listing are not necessarily tied to earning miles.

I would suggest as starting points the Fatwallet Finance Forum:

http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/finance/

or the Bank Deals Blog:
