Getting MR & HH points into SPG points!!!!

Getting MR & HH points into SPG points!!!!
Please be patient with me as I am new at this. Is there any way to move MR and HH points into (ultimately) SPG points? Trying to go skiing in Dec. and have more of the others than SPG. Thanks in advance for any help.

American Express Membership Rewards points transfer 3:1 into Starwood points.
There was a promo last year where the transfer rate was 2:1 (50% bonus).
As far as how to get Hilton HHonors points into Starwood... I assume the only way would be to convert to American and then American into Diners Club and then Diners into Starwood? Hardly a reasonable method considering the devaluation each step of the way.
Edited to note that your title confused me -- the exclamation points led me to believe you had found a way to transfer into Starwood, rather than you were seeking a way. Got my pulse a racin'.. no fair...
