Are you sure you want miles? With a little negotiating you should be able to end up with cash.
Frequently these deals for miles and or rebates end up pairing you with agents that are new and lack experience.

Listen to Superd1. When we were shopping for our first house I hooked up with a mileage deal agent. She was very new and inefficient and we ended up firing her and going with a super experienced agent. Choosing an agent is one of the most important things you do when buying a house. Don't leave it up to miles!!!! INTERVIEW at least three agents and call their references. At least read the suggestions in the Dummies Guide to House Buying. Enjoy!
