Multiple Pax on one FF number

Back in the "day" (when I was new to FF program), my family and I took an international flight. I got 16K miles for the flight (I thought everyone's miles would go under that one account because I booked it).
Needless to say, that was a rookie mistake and I still sometimes cringe at how many more files we could have all gotten.
