Internet booking sites
I'm putting together an Intranet FAQ for my company on how to book air travel on the web and wanted to quiz you -- the experts -- on the particular booking sites you use.
Which one(s) do you use and why do you use that one/them over others? Any sites you've had particular trouble with? Any to steer clear of? Any hints to ensure smooth sailing? For example, be sure to print out the confirmation screen, double check with the airline directly about upgrades, etc.
