Becoming a travel agent?
I am sure that this has been discussed before, but not sure which forum or when, or even what to search for?
Basically I want to find out what it entails to become a travel agent (education, licences etc.) and the cost of maintaining an agency (CRS etc.)
Any pointers to websites or previous postings would be greatly appreciated.
