Need a new FF program for NYC.

So here's my dilema that I am hoping to get some good feedback on. I am moving from SEA to Long Island shortly. I am a CO Gold right now, because the majority of my flying was SEA-EWR, and SEA-TLV, and I love CO's service. I would stay, but for where I will be living on Long Island, EWR is just not a realistic option very often. JFK and LGA are about the same however. So the question is, do I switch to a new program, and if so, who do I switch to? Getting matching status for this coming year would be sort of important as well.

My important destinations are SEA, IAD/DCA, and TLV.

- DL is the obvious candidate, as my Pres Club membership will still be useful, SkyTeam is familiar, I still have lots of useful miles, they fly to TLV and have a partnership with EY. However, I've not been a huge fan of DL's service the last 5 years, and the FFers seem unhappy with the direction the program is going.
- AA is the next possibility. The program offers some perks that SkyTeam doesn't, good service from both airports, and the EY partnership as well. I don't really know enough about the program to know if the switch makes sense given all that I'd be giving up at the same time.
- UA and CO seem to come in 3rd place, as neither is extremely useful for all of my frequent routes, but I am willing to hear arguments.
- Please no arguments for B6. They're not useful to me from a business standpoint, or a reward standpoint where I will be mostly trying to fly to TLV.

LIRR to NJ Transit (at Penn Station) to EWR for CO is not too bad, unless you can drive or take car service directly to LGA or JFK from LI. I always take Amtrak Acela to Wash. DC, which allows you to earn Onepass miles and EQM. To SEA, you could fly from LGA/JFK via IAH. Also, a CO PC membership will get you into the Amtrak lounge in Penn Station. Just something to think about.

You can always go for a status match when you switch.

Actually, I would have thought that US would offer the best service out of LGA. The also partner with United, so if you took the UA nonstop to Seattle, you would still get US miles.
