miles4drycleaning.com - anyone heard of this?

I tried a search here to no avail - so maybe this is new? (Or atleast new to me).

I received a drycleaners postcard in the mail - but along with the usual "20% Off" deals, it said "Join Today: United Mileage Plus, American Airlines AAdvantage, Delta Sky Miles. Sign up on our website".

The website is for my local drycleaners (in West Hollywood, CA):
http://www.sunsetlaundraclean.com/

And when you click on the "Join Our Rewards Program" you get this:
http://www.sunsetlaundraclean.com/Rewards.html

I clicked on the AAdvantage link, and it's asking for credit card numbers. Also, there's a "Special Bonus Offer" option on the top, which says you'd get 500 miles for your first transaction before 12/31/07. I then clicked on the "Use Locator" icon and put in a NY zipcode as a test and NY drycleaners came up.

I then trimmed some of the URL and got this which shows the company is called "Thanks Again":
https://www.miles4drycleaning.com/index.asp

which alludes to other participating local merchants and doesn't include AA as a reward partner - but provides a form for merchants.

Is this new? Is this legit? Is it a phishing scam for credit cards? (I do see a Verisign logo on the page requesting your credit cards).

If anyone knows - it would be you guys.

It's most likely the same program as described in the following thread:

Ironically, I was trying to find the American Airlines link the other day and could not find it on the AA website.
