jimpop strikes again.... We want lexpassenger back

Check the facts, Delta is Right!
Delta is shedding some fat from it's Frequent Flyer ranks, and boy are some folks upset. There are a few people who want you to believe that they deserve a free first class upgrade just because they fly Delta more than you do. Yet these same people almost always admit to buying tickets cheaper than most others, in fact they make a hobby out of finding ways to travel the cheapest. While you can't argue against low cost travel, why should a select few fly First Class when you are stuck in coach? Doesn't it make better sense to give the empty First Class seats to the passengers who spend the most money?

Delta has historically treated it's Frequent Flyers better than other airlines. Yet while Delta is presently losing several Million dollars a day, there are several non-classy people who are offended that Delta is no longer giving them carte blanc access to First Class. I call these people Losers!


The following public statements are a gross misrepresentation of the truth, and are an inaccurate representation of the sum of Delta flyers:

Note: most of the folks mentioned in the above threads probably have little or no control over their corporate travel monies. If they did, why are they wasting their time crying on their soapboxes instead of actually switching to another airline? Do you really think the accountant at their company cares if they sit in coach? I for one think that they should put up or shutup.

This is outrageous!! who is this person who #1) creates a website to state opinions that gives people a black-eye who cannot respond in kind.
#2) creates unauthorized links to this site, linking to posts made by individuals, who cannot respond or counter on his website.

I think Randy needs to issue a cease and desist order to prevent him from making any links to, or references to postings made on flyertalk.com right away! I have read this poster on the delta forum, and he is a real pain in the a$$. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but not when they attack or belittle other people who have a different point of view. He needs to be silenced.

This individual is trying to circumvent the "time-out" issued by Randy a couple of weeks ago. His lack of respect for Randy is transparent.

beside the point that I don't think you/we/Randy can forbid legally anyone to post links to FlyerTalk, I also belive that you give that guy (and his new website) to much credit/attention.

* the more you will discuss this (his posts on his website) the more attention will be given to it (and him).
* people that will find FlyerTalk for the first time by using the links, will be (hopefully) lurk and eventually post here (I fully trust the addictiv power of FlyerTalk, don't you?)
