Does anyone know of a canadian or international version of priceline.com where you bid for your flights because as a Canadian resident you cannot use priceline

Priceline has a UK version and an Asian version. What do you mean by "Canadians cannot use it?"

I have used Priceline.com ( in USA ) successfully to get hotels in Canada many times. Are you referring to domestic Canadian flights?

I think Priceline will not accept bids made with credit cards that have Canadian addresses. It may have to do with the fact that the Canadian 7% Goods & Services tax is not charged for hotels, etc. purchased through Priceline (it's refundable for travellers from outside of Canada who submit receipts).

You can use Canadian issued credit cards but many will not work, e.g. VISA Aerogold. I use AMEX and it works fine on the Priceline USA site. Some others have reported success using some types of Canadian issued MasterCard etc. My VISA Aerogold used to work but not anymore.
