Looking to consoldate mileage programs..advise needed
Hi,
This is my first post on FT. I was hoping to get some of your expert opinions on my situation.
I am a 20-year old university student in Charlottesville, but live in Columbus Ohio. Right now I have been consolidating my miles in Delta, American, and US Airways, in which I have 201 thousand on DL, 104 thousand on AA, and 42thousand on US.
I mainly get my miles from domestic US flying and from US to Europe. I like to use my rewards to go on long intl trips, and try the top airlines F class.
I use DL b/c its so easy to get miles on NW and CO. But their intl partners are lacking, compared to Star and OneWorld with British Air, Cathay, Singapore, Thai.
How are SkyTeams first class and business class products? How are F class on AF & KLM?
I would like to hear your opinion before I continue to gather miles on SkyTeam partners.
