"2,000 free United miles for completing an online survey. This is restricted Premier Executive and 1K level members of United Mileage Plus only." IT IS ALSO FOR PREMIER.
and the 3 * 1'000 survey did end, I think (and UA did credit it only once, not 3 times).
thank you for your informations - very helpful.

Rudi,
Not only is the survey at www.uasurvey still available but all the copyright info has been updated to 1999.
Here's the amazing news: I tested it out using my MP number. I took this survey a few months ago and received the bonus miles in December. This site allowed me to take the survey again! No message that I already took the survey and a screen after the survey saying I would receive the 1000 miles in a few weeks.
Everyone, time to take this survey again for 1999!

I just tried again and could not connect. Interim site at stepnstone works OK. I don't have problems with any other site.

I think we have a "busy" server. I can connect regularly but not always (as in just a few moments ago-no go twice). Make sure your proxy server settings are not turned on.

Sorry for the confusion. I couldn't get into the mileageworkshop.com site. The UA survey site was OK.

MileageAddict, I don't know who is hosting your web site, but there are still problems. I was able to access the new site for the first time today from my computer at work (it did not work a number of times yesterday).
I'm now on AOL (different computer) and cannot get to your site. The host is not recognizing your URL. I checked it three times and I did spell it correctly.

MileKing,
We are all scratching our heads on this one. Hundreds of people are able to get through without a problem (my PC at work) yet some still have access problems (including my Macintosh at home). The local company that provides me webspace belongs to a friend of mine and he knows what he is doing. He says everything is set up properly. The only explanation is that sometimes brand spankin' new URL's are not recognized by all ISP companies right away and it takes a week or two for evryone to get with the program.
